Çanakkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) run exams on March 23rd to 26th, 2021, for estate agency consultants that are designed to test learners on their ability and enable them to acquire knowledge and skills to be able to perform their job effectively.

The assessments have been held in collaboration with TOBB MEYBEM (The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges Turkey – Vocational Qualification and Certifying Centre) at CCCI Congress and Fair Centre, where 100 candidates undergone appropriate theoretical and practical tests on real estate sector.

Giving information on vocational qualification, CCCI Secretary General Sema Sandal has expressed “The occupations, relying on the obligation imposed to hold VQC, have increased from to 515 that are defined by the Vocational Qualifications Authority (MYK).

We gather the requests of vocational qualification assessments and contact the institutions accredited by TOBB MEYBEM when applications reach sufficient numbers in order to run exams. Motor vehicles trade and estate agency consultancy are among the professions where we receive the most applications recently.

Those who want to trade in Real Estate Consultancy should follow the Legislation very carefully, that has been announced and updated by the Ministry of Trade. On October 14, 2020, very important changes came into force by the Regulation on The Regulation on The Real Estate Trade published in the Official Gazette. The requirement to have obtained at least high school graduation education level and Vocational Qualification Certificate, which is mandatory to open a real estate shop, is no longer sufficient to set up the related business after October 14, 2020.  The requirement for at least 100 hours of education approved by MEB/University is now mandatory along with other criteria.”
